The New Westminster Public Library is a historical building that has been at the centre of the uptown New Westminster community since the 1950s. The signage relies on a limited colour and material palette that offers high contrast visibility while remaining integrated with the mid century character of the building. From flexible end of stack signage that can adapt as the Library collection evolves to clearly defined washroom identifiers the signage puts the needs of the users and staff at the forefront.
